As a member of Speclight’s Inside Sales team the successful candidate will primarily focus on the following tasks:
Creation of Lighting Solutions
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating quotations in response to enquiries/specifications received from lighting distributors. This is a key task that involves the selection of the appropriate products to ensure simultaneous technical (electrical and architectural) compliance with project lighting specifications as well as commercial competitiveness with the contractors budget.
Project & Channel Management
Ongoing communication, coordination, service and support to a network of lighting distributors to maximise sales opportunities either by defending lighting specifications and/or proposing alternatives.
A key element of this role is ensuring positive relationships are not only maintained with existing lighting distributors but that new lighting distributor relationships are also created.
المهارات
The successful candidate will possess the following skills, capabilities and characteristics:
Fluency in the use of Autocad for drafting
Ability to learn DIALUX (candidates with experience in DIALUX may be preferred)
Complete comfort with PPT and Excel. Candidates may be expected to develop PPT proposals, presentations etc.
Ability to thrive in a multi-functional role that involves proactive and clear communication. The successful candidate will and between the manufacturer and various project stakeholders (lighting consultant, lighting distributors and others).
