Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional with strong experience working within the UAE. This is a fully autonomous role and will require the candidate to take care of all HR operations including payroll.

Description
Support the CEO on the development and implementation of the HR operationsDevelop a strong relationship with key line managers within the businessDevelop and maintain a strong and efficient recruitment process across the Middle EastDesign succession and training plans for strong talents within the businessMonitor and review the organisational structure and suggest changes where necessaryReview the companies policies and procedures and suggest changes where needed
Profile
A minimum of 5 years HR Management experienceMust have advanced Excel skills (this will be tested during interview)Experience managing HR operationsArabic speaker - ESSENTIALBachelor degree or CIPD qualified - EssentialExcellent communication skillsStrong experience developing and implementing strategy across the full HR spectrum
Job Offer
Salary is around AED 25,000 plus bonus.
