الوصف الوظيفي
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all AC groups at site.
• Ensure co-ordination drawings are approved before the start of work at site.
• Ensure sequencing between services is adhered to avoid rework.
• Submits Site daily reports, inspection requests and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Supports the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the AC groups at site.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, project specifications, and approved method statement.
• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards. Company provided ISO check list to be filled stage wise and get it approved from Main contractor and Consultant.
• Ensure that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
• Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.
• Prepare as Built Drawings and O & M Manuals through the Engineers and close out documents to be submitted to the Main Contractor / Consultant only after receiving 90% of Contract Value for single or multiple sites.
• Schedule and allocate manpower and ensure productivity to avoid abortive labour.
• Ensure material wastage control.
• Ensure the authority and general standards like ASHRAE applicable to HVAC systems.
• Trouble shooting of any equipment and systems during final commissioning.
• Make sure that testing and commissioning is carried out as per approved check lists and all concerned parties sign the check list until testing and commissioning is completed & all snags are also complete.

المهارات
We are looking for Sr. HVAC Engineer with minimum 10 years of experience including minimum 5 years of UAE experience in high rise building.
Key Skills - Project, Resource (Labour & materials) & Site Management
Education - BE / BTech - Mechanical
Must have UAE Driving license
