Offering coaching and mentorship Description Commercial practices including reviewing and drafting of technology contracts, software licenses, e-commerce terms, brand protection, supply, distribution and sales agreements as well as data protection, competition, IP and consumer law. Profile Candidates who apply must meet the following criteria: Common Law Qualification2-5 years Post Qualifying Experience in a Commercial Practice of a Local or International Law FirmA strong background in commercial matters (Technology, Distribution, Data Protection, E-Commerce preferred) Job Offer An opportunity to work for a prestigious brand and multinational clients.
