Hands on approach by the Partners and Directors. Offering coaching and mentorship Description Acting for purchasers and sellers in relation to the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties and developments in the freehold and non-freehold areas Assisting with property due diligence and preparing reports Advising investors in relation to major property transactions Chairing meetings with Owners’ Associations Sub leases and lease renewals for both landlord and tenant Profile Candidates who apply must meet the following criteria: Common Law QualificationUAE experience and understanding of freehold and non-freehold areas2-5 years Post Qualifying Experience in a Real Estate Practice of a Local or International Law FirmWorking experience completing several sales and purchases of commercial and residential properties Job Offer An opportunity to work for a prestigious brand and multinational clients.
