Service Development Expert

الوصف الوظيفي
Our client is now recruiting for a Service Development Expert. You will be directly reporting to the Head of EEMEA region Zone 5, and the Head of Global Service EEMEA.
The incumbent will be resident in Dubai and will be responsible for all service related topics within Zone 5 which covers the following countries: Ukraine, CIS and Caucasus countries, Iran and all Levant countries, North Africa and Maghreb countries, Sub-Saharan
Core duties and responsibilities
• Development, implementation and management of service activities within the territory EEMEA Zone 5, including technical support, service readiness, partner management and assessments, and service related administrative duties.
• Support increase sales volume in Zone 5 by enhancing customer satisfaction
• Manage the current customer base and setup new customer relations and partner cooperation’s
• Gather market information and data about competitors

المهارات
Knowledge & Skills
• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Automotive Engineering preferred from an accredited academic institution or an equivalent combination of training and experience;
• A minimum of 2-3 years practical experience preferred with Automotive Spare Parts & After Sales Service
• Good understanding of the driveline technology including manual and automatic transmissions, Axles and Differentials
• Technical and process know how on aftermarket services for service products
• Good communicator with experience of operating at all levels
• Proactive personality, hands on mentality, self-motivated
• Commercial know-how (budget oriented)
• Organized, target oriented, able to work under pressure

Others
• Experience abroad is preferable
Language requirement
• English mandatory
• Russian mandatory
• French would be a benefit
