Our client is now recruiting for a MEP Engineer. You will be directly reporting to the Manager – MEP
Job Purpose
To ensure timely and accurate development of strategic project plans and budgets
Principal Accountabilities
Strategic & Financial
• Aid business development in terms of design, technical and cost inputs for new projects
• Identify and define risks associated with the new projects at the tendering stage itself
• Prepare report for initial planning cost and feasibility of design
• Prepare a cost breakdown report for appointed MEP Sub Contractors
Process/Operational
• Organization of temporary electricity and water connection during mobilization phase
• Organization of material technical data from subcontractors as per tender specifications and submit for consultant approval
• Prepare RCP and MEP coordination drawings
People
• Monitor output and quality of work done by subcontractors
• Organize regular meetings with sub-contractors to discuss progress
المهارات
Minimum Requirements
Specific Knowledge
• Experience in Construction Industry
• Must be a qualified Mechanical/Civil Engineer
• Working knowledge of business Arabic preferred
