EVP of Engineering and Operations - $800K/year - REMOTE WORK

The Executive Vice President of Software Engineering & Operations will serve as a key member on the global executive team. Your goal is to run a world-class engineering organization using our revolutionary work processes fueled by thousands of individual contributors worldwide. You will manage operations across different functional groups: Engineering, SaaSOps, IT Ops, Support and Finance.
You will hire, coach and manage 5 to 15 Senior Vice Presidents who will run these functional groups in accordance to our work methodologies while delivering quantifiable business results. You will set aggressive goals and weekly productivity improvements. By leveraging your experience and expertise, you will set a standard for excellence. Driving significant levels of value and productivity from your organization is expected of you. You must continuously improve the quality of your teams by tapping our global talent database.
This position will require you to work closely with executives at Fortune 500 companies (our clients). You will effectively manage and nurture these relationships, and need impeccable communication skills and a strong command of the English language to do so.

المهارات
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is absolutely mandatory (MS or PhD preferred).
-20+ years of engineering experience leading multiple teams across multiple products and technologies — this is a global leadership role for a seasoned executive, not a first-time executive role for a great software development manager.
-Experience in effectively running an engineering and operations organization, which runs into the thousands.
-Minimum 5 years of hands-on, development-intensive contributor role.
-Recent experience with DevOps and Cloud architecture. We live in the Cloud.
-Experience with high-end enterprise systems deployed in environments of F500 corporation complexity.
