الوصف الوظيفي Gain a detailed understanding of the company strategy and objectives for the UAE and the region in order to understand company’s strengths and weaknesses as context to developing communication plans Develop annual communication strategy reinforcing the company’s message house and Marocm objectives Determine communications strategy and execute programs to deliver communications objectives per market Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities Contact members of the media to set up interview with company executives Drive corporate communications strategy and message development, pitch and announcements strategies Support the Internal Communications by providing input into internal communication plans and help to implement local initiatives Manage the PR and agency to create rich and creative content, deliver high quality and cost-effective support Play a key role in supporting HUB management by providing ongoing support to all corporate communications Assist in the development and coordination of a crisis management and communication plan Ensure consistent brand messaging across all external initiatives Foster and measure brand awareness (SOV) and engagement in the marketplace Engage with partners, customers, prospects, media, executives and other stakeholders to participate in PR activities and thought leadership. This includes developing proactive media relations campaigns, leveraging a variety of external channels to amplify content and messages, working with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, agency, and executives, etc.) to accomplish the message house objectives Managing the public relations aspect within the UAE market and Internationally Builds and sustains organization reputation for quality and reliability Writes and handles all communication activities المهارات Native Arabic or English Speaking with strong writing skills and media relation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a rapidly developing environment Proven commercial acumen Proven experience in dealing with media representatives at all levels Proven experience of managing PR agencies Knowledge and understanding of media channels Experience in dealing with and managing complex issues An understanding of regulatory environment Ability to advise and provide counsel to senior executives Ability to process financial information and to source relevant materials Knowledge of real estate industry would be an added advantage Ability to work with minimal supervision Experience in managing suppliers on time and to budget
