Requirements:
• With a valid UAE driving license
• Energetic & dynamic Male/Female
• Minimum 7 years experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
• Minimum degree: College education
Objective:
• Supervise a minimum of five restaurants controlling Quality, Service, Cleanliness (QSC)
• Increasing sales thru Local Store Marketing (LSM)
• Monitoring P&L;to minimize food cost & variables and maximizing profit
• Support the delivery of all marketing campaigns
• Encourage managers to identify trends and make suggestions to improve and enhance product performance to drive brand achievement
• Recruit and ensure the full implementation of induction programs for new store managers and monitor ongoing performance needs
• Effectively manage the performance and development of store managers to drive and maximize the sales performance throughout the Area
• Plan for succession in the Area through the identification of individuals with potential for development and growth

Role/Responsibility:
• Review and analyze the sales, compare them, find the reason for increase or decrease and write a report with an action plan on how to improve.
• Study a LSM for each unit and elaborate a plan with a calendar.
• HR & Training: review all training records, ensure all units have the proper training materials, and plan a training calendar
• Time management: complete daily, weekly & monthly schedule.
• Administration: be familiar with required paper work.
