Purpose
1. Responsible for sustaining the La cucina ( The kitchen ) vision by increasing presences in market and position La cucina as a brand in market with objective of business development & customer relationship.
2. To design and create new avenues of business ensuring targeted revenues of division are achieved.
Responsibility:
1. To identify business opportunities by conducting market analysis; identifying new prospects to achieve assigned sales target.
2. Deepen professional relationship with prospects-contractors, potential customers, architecture, interior designer & branded furniture outlets to successfully launch LA cucina & position La cucina as brand in retail kitchen market.
3. Conducts preliminary studies and evaluations of customer requirement to determine design requirements ; prepares sketches, layouts, specifications and other criteria pertinent to customer order and accordingly selects and suggests colour schemes and materials.
4. Coordinate with estimation department ensuring cost estimate cover order specification within budget control and & time frame.
5. Act as Partner to client, provide utmost support and guidance; regular update on sales order progress and build healthy client base through networking & after sales service .
6. Liaison with other department & vendors to ensure all sales inquiry to order stage requirements are completed satisfactorily & within allocated time period.
7. Ensure relevant supporting documents & accurate invoices are submitted to client; follow-up for payment as per contract terms and take appropriate steps to recover overdue.
8. Deliver sales training for all sales channels( retail outlet ) to provide critical knowledge of product ensuring best service to clients.
9. Collaborate with GM to develop robust sales strategies to create market share for LA cucina & listing with prestigious retail outlets
10. Adhere to company policies & procedures, Code of Ethics and applicable safety & quality standards.
المهارات
Minimum Experience, Educational :
1. Degree in Interior Design
2. 3 to 5 years work experience in interior designing & Business Development along with project management
3. Proficient in MS office & AutoCAD.
