Currently mandated to lookout for a qualified Legal Manager with min 4 years of experience of In-house Real Estate in Dubai (UAE) for a client of ours - a well reputed luxury Real Estate Developer with award winning projects in the heart of Dubai, to oversee the legal aspects of their business.
Reporting to The Legal Head, the suitable candidate must be able to give accurate advice and draft forms, agreements letters and contracts in a variety of legal topics (real estate laws, brokerage laws, labor law, partnerships, joint ventures, investment agreements, corporate finance etc.), Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust and shall be coordinating with other departments to ensure agreements being prepared are in line with the company policies and updated laws mostly relating to realty sector. He will be responsible for effectively ensuring legal conformity and minimizing probability of exposure.
المهارات
Knowledge in company formations (both offshore and onshore), having good understanding of a developer company roles, contracting agreements, consulting agreements & MOU’s.
