• Define BPM (Business Process Management) framework
• Perform Process Design, Mapping and modeling in the BPM tool
• Develop standards as a basis for mapping and design
• Built and generate process manual and use cases
• Monitor and control process in BPM
• Manage process change and governance
• Perform Change management
• Assessing the best practices and identifying improvement areas
• Define the strategic priorities
• Development of operating plan to perform designed process
• Ensuring process compliance through constant follow up
• Optimizing process to increase value
• Ensuring the change has been accepted and embraced
• Ensure learning transfer between divisions
• Organizing, specifying and modeling the requirements to ensure they are completed and unambiguous.
• Documenting the requirements in format that can be shared with the stakeholders.
• Ensuring the requirements in a format that can be shared with stakeholders.
• Managing process change.
• Leading process redesign workshops.
• Educating business users responsible for managing and operation business process.
• Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance.
• Assists users in modeling and resolving issues encountered while using the tools.
• Validate the existing/ new processes so I will have a reasonably clear picture of the current state on what is required on the processes.
• Formalize a generated report and reviewing it with coordinators/ business owner until they are ready to sign-off the document and published on Intranet.
• Analyzing and developing interim and future state business process documentation that articulates exactly what changes are needed to be implemented to the business process.
• Engaging with quality assurance professionals to ensure understanding of the processes as on what is required to change or enhance. This responsibility may include reviewing with section owner or coordinator to ensure they represent a clear understanding of the functional requirements.
• Updating organization structure on System Architect.
المهارات
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or closely related Degrees.
Certifications:
Holds Business Process certification.Certifications in “Six Sigma Black Belt”, “Lean sensei”, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Master Black Belt is preferred.
