JOB SUMMARY: Support HRIS and Human Resource processes for hiring, on-boarding, contract amendments, offboarding,
and other personnel related administrative duties for the Middle East. Position will also provide support to core
Oracle HCM platform, Kronos, Taleo, ExitPro, and job architecture project.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Onboarding Process
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure complete information and approvals are provided for the new hires and
transfers.
- Prepare employment contract and onboarding documentation for all new hires and transfers to Dubai.
- Review and verify all onboarding documents and create new personnel files.
- Work closely with the PRO team for the visa application process.
- Notify Payroll and HCM team once work permit is received.
- Contract Amendments
- Preparing contract amendments and routing it to senior management and segment HR for approval as required.
- Facilitate HCM updates.
- HRIS
- Responsible for support delivery across all HR systems and functional areas being used by the business.
- Supporting all HR systems related queries such as basic HCM support, Kronos power user assistance & Taleo basic
support.
- Small works development for all supported systems including requirements gathering and creation of specification
documents.
- Delivery of regular scheduled tasks, such as monthly audits, data integrity, and generating reports.
- Keep working documentation up to date, such as technical specification documents, local work instructions, and users
guides.
- Deliver basic customer focused training and end user support material to new HR team members and the wider
employee customer base as needed.
- Working as support member for the job architecture project by assisting managers and participating in the cleanups.
- HR
- Preparing all letters and salary certificates for the region.
- Coordinating & dispatching Service Awards.
- Assisting and providing documents required for audit purposes.
- Assist in filing official documents and forms into the employee personnel files.
- Provide back-up assistance to the team as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business, or a related field
EXPERIENCE:
Two to three years’ experience as a human resource assistant/representative, or other equivalent combination of
education and experience. Knowledgeable in Kronos, Oracle HCM, and Taleo highly desired.
