• Assign geographical areas to each sales representative.
• Maintain a good relationship with the retailers.
• Assist in listing products at the retailers.
• Assign KPIs to the sales team.
• Make sure that maximum coverage is reached within each sales representative’s assign territory.
• Establish journey plans for the sales representatives.
• Ensure that distribution of must brands and SKUs is achieved in the covered stores.
• Analyze work performance of hand held terminals through the hand held management reports.
• Train sales reps on basic selling skills, steps of the call, communication skills, handling objective through one-on-one training or training sessions.
• Monitor each sales rep activities on a progress report that summarizes the coverage, the distribution, number of calls per day, and the sales achieved.
• Approve stock loading requests made by van sales reps according to the set policies
• Thoroughly study the Route Track reports on a monthly basis.
• Submit a monthly sales and progress report to the Sales Director.
• Submit monthly plans to the Sales Director.
• Perform routine visits to the market to ensure product coverage and displays are up to company standards.
المهارات
• Proven experience as a sales manager, field sales manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role
• Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
• Sound knowledge of the retail industry
• Working knowledge of ERP software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of the geography of the country
