Purpose: Institute and oversee overall marketing & Communication strategy.
This role is based in the UAE and involves operations management of global territories cover the following;
• Develop and execute traditional and digital marketing strategies including audience targeting, messaging & content creation and branding strategies, public relations & promotional activities.
• Liaising, tracking channel partners marketing initiatives to facilitate channel partner marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Drive digital strategies to communicate various segments of the products/systems positioning.
• Writing and release of media articles and creation of advertisement content and messaging.
• Website management including content development, SEO, SEM, agency management and messaging.
• Managing external agencies ensuring ROI maximization.
• Plan and execute customer, market and competitor research.
• Conduct market/customer surveys and develop/implement remedial measures.
• Plan and manage company events.
المهارات
12 + years’ experience in marketing team in a medium to large sized MNC
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing
Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
Confident, driven and dynamic leader.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
Proven marketing campaign experience.
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong copywriting skills.
Attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage budgets.
Professional and proactive work ethic.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
