Work on all aspects of cost management / estimating from inception of project through to completion, Measurement and taking off of quantities, Verifying claims and payments throughout the contract constructions phase, Ensure compliance with procedures relating to tendering, evaluation and award of contracts, Attend design meetings and provide advice on costs and construction solutions to clients, Resolve contractual and commercial issues that may arise, Providing detailed Bill of Quantities for tendering and construction administration, Tender estimate analysis and evaluation, Contract administration. Guide the preparation of Bill of Quantities. Provide advice to Project Managers on Contract Administration. Estimating Project Budgets from design stage through to Construction.

المهارات

Must be a Chartered QS with 15+ years’ experience in mixed used Building Projects and Retail Complexes. Preferably working in Client or Consultant firms.
Good exposure in managing monthly valuations, managing variations, claims, cost reporting, project final accounts.
Candidate must have a keen eye for details, should be a self-driven individual, must exercise due diligence in all tasks. Possess well-developed interpersonal skills to handle negotiations and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of FIDIC based contracts and ability to manage contractual matters is essential. Well versed with Tendering procedures, document compilation, negotiations, award and finalizing contract documents.
