Business Development Manager with 5 years of recruitment consultancy experience

Requirement: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a consultancy in the middle east.
Salary Range - 12,000 to 18,000 AED
Nationality preferred: European, Canadian, U. S, U. K, GCC.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager & Executives with strong recruitment knowledge to help us expand our clientele.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.Blue collar (Unskilled and semi skilled labourers) and white collar requirements (Value or Executive Search)
Having either white collar or blue collar recruitment experience for 4+ years and worked on target basis at least in the past 3 months is a must.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.Responsibilities• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives• Prepare contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines• Keep records of services, revenue, invoices etc.• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-math support• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customersRequirements• Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role• Proven track record• Proficiency in MS Office • Proficiency in English• Market knowledge• Communication and negotiation skills• Ability to build rapport• Time management and planning skills

Job Location: Dubai.

Should be currently residing in UAE.
