الوصف الوظيفي Management of Consultants: - Provide support and Guidance to the Construction Supervision Management team by establishing and maintaining specific project procedures and ensuring and monitoring their performance in adminstering the Contract and that the Works are being carried out accordance with the Contract. Management of Contractors: Ensure contractors compliance with Contractors obligations. Establish in house monitoring and tracking procedures Contract Administration:- Fulfil the role of the Employer under the Contract and ensure obligations are achieved and ensure that the Engineer is also administering the Contract effectivley and diligently. Project Risk Management: Lead periodic project risk reviews, identifying new risks, monitoring status, and implementing measures to manage risks. Project Claims and Variations: Lead negotiations for project claims and variations Project Reviews: Conduct periodic progress and performance reviews for the project. Project Reporting: Develop and publish periodic project reports to provide accurate information about the project to Internal Executive Level stakeholders. Quality of Workmanship: - Ensure that the works are completed to the quality standards set out in the Contract. Project Completion: - Ensure that all works and activites have been satisfactorily completed before accepting the Taking Over Certifcate. Post-implementation Review and Project Close-out: Lead the post-implementation review of the project to validate project objectives, capture lessons learned, and close-out the project. Other Tasks: Carry out any other tasks as necessary to achieve the Projects objectives. المهارات Qualifications and Experience Relevant Certification ie PMI Project Management Professional or equivalent Membership of an appropriate Professional Body (CIOB, APM, RICS) Indepth Knowledge of British Standards, British Council of Offices (BCO) and LEED Minimum of 5 years working Client side.
