Our Clients are automotive leaders and our task is to provide aftersales support to their end users. We drive a 24 hour operation including a call centre and are the leader in our industry.

About You
Are you a highly motivated leader who has held a Transformational Technology Managerial Role for 3-7 years?
Have you lead successful complex projects in developing modern business applications (SOA, Microservices), Legacy Systems/Applications Transformation to Cloud, building an adaptive ITSM, Executing Security Strategy with Compliance Requirements like ISO27001:2013 and PCI DSS, building and executing organisation’s Analytics Strategy?
Are you a business leader who has challenged the organisation’s status quo, negotiated with tough business partners, and persuaded the organisation’s management to take leaps in business technology initiatives?
Have you been successful in managing your technology initiatives and IT organisation to deliver their business values with an eye on the TCO and another on the technology?

KPIs & Compensation
You will act as a technology partner to the business reporting to the CEO, hence you will be measured on business outcomes (Time to Market, TCO, Technology-Driven Revenue, Internal/External Customers’ Satisfaction [NetPromoter]).
You will have an excellent package with a KPI driven Bonus. You will be part of the leadership committee and the Business Technology Advisor of the Organisation.
