IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations
Performing ongoing administration, support, monitoring, maintenance and reporting activities for on-premise and hosted IT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, databases, application platforms, cloud services and related business networks.Providing network support and monitoring for onshore and offshore sites, including device configuration, troubleshooting and issue escalation.Working closely with the IT support team and external service providers and vendors to resolve infrastructure and cloud service related incidents.Ensuring system configurations adhere to Company’s technology standards to support business availability and performance requirements.
IT Solution Evaluation & Implementation
Supporting the selection process of IT solutions and cloud services that add value to the business, including new solution evaluation through investigating infrastructure and application technologies as directed.Performing technical system testing for new systems and upgrades of current solutions.Following agreed project management planning and execution processes, including Change Management procedures and documenting information as required.
Information Security & IT Assurance
Able to understand the Information Security solutions in use at Client company, and to support the ongoing maintenance and development of these solutions in response to the changing cyber-security threat landscape.Participates in the technical implementation, monitoring, support and documentation of information security solutions as required.Working closely with the IT support team to ensure that end-user guidance and procedures are developed for all information security tools provided.Supporting the implementation and testing of IT Disaster Recovery solutions for critical data, applications, collaboration systems and networks.Strictly following IT Change Management processes and best practice to minimize the risk of business system outages, working closely with the IT Change Manager to properly plan, test and document system changes.
