Actually we search for a Director of Operations of Philippine Citizenship who have good experience on delivery service because we are a delivery service company on Dubai working as supplier for other Delivery companies which works by apps we offered them bikes + drivers .. and we want good operations manager to handle the fleet and do others tasks as operations manager .
we look for right person and we will offer puns for achievements

المهارات
1-Basic Skills in Operations Management .
2- Experience in working with courier companies.
3-Enough skill in managing the fleet consisting of drivers, motorcycles and all that is competent.
4-Ability to communicate with other companies that the company is dealing with and solve problems that may arise.
5-Good Knowledge in the use of computers and programs for the purpose of the work, organization and maintenance of information and data and the preparation of periodic reports.
6- Good knowledge in accounting and marketing matters.
7-Good appearance, refinement and flexibility in dealing with management and other staff.
