الوصف الوظيفي Al Ghurair Properties is looking for an experienced Leasing Administrator to join its Leasing team. Prepare lease documentation, including Offers to Lease, Leases, Amendments understand & manage day to day administration of leases & tenant billing. Manage the flow of all lease-related documents, maintain files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times. Prepare various lease supporting forms for management’s approval, distribute within Real Estate and Finance teams as required. Collect and maintain up to date insurance certificates for all tenants & properties. Prepares timely and accurate reports from time-to-time when requested. Communicates and coordinates corrective systems actions which will involve system enhancements and process changes for continued efficient management of portfolio data. Accountable for coordinating specific activities of the office and maintaining to ensure the smooth operation of the real estate group. Monitor critical dates such as expiry dates, options to renew, options to terminate, etc. Ensuring all lease contract information is accurately encoded in oracle system. المهارات 1 - 3 years of experience as a Leasing Administrator. Extensive knowledge of Residential and Commercial property management. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills. Working Knowledge on leasing property module is a plus.
