Real Estate Agent (on Commission Basis)

Making appointments and showing buyers around a property

Leasing and selling the property

Keeping up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors, and marketing activities

Arranges meetings between buyers and sellers when terms needed to be negotiated

Provide clients with all appropriate information to the sales

Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities

المهارات
Candidate should have:
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage)
• Dubai Real Estate experience
• Knowledge of Dubai freehold property market
• Valid UAE driving license
• Following company procedures
• Ability to work under pressure
• Qualities to work in a team
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ready to work on a commission basis
