Key Responsibilities
The candidate will generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth by creating and prioritizing strategic target accounts within a defined territory. Research and build new and existing accounts. The candidate will be responsible for conducting high level conversations with senior executives within prospective accounts, achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
Business Development
• Responsible to attain revenue of 2-4 Million in the first year and up to 15 Million USD in 3 years in Middle east and North Africa
• Should pay attention to details and have disciplined approach in selling product or service
• Should have proven skills to generate new leads and should be able to convert leads to new accounts
• Create appropriate funnel for services in existing & new accounts within the region
• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and partner in achieving the company’s sales goals
• Develop solution presentations and proposals leading to closure discussion
• Compile information and data related to customer and prospects
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
• Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful channel and partner programs
• Participate in product strategy definition with Product team
Product Marketing
• Ability to articulate the value proposition of OSG products clearly and effectively
• Understand the competitive landscape
• Quickly learn and present OSG products in collaboration with Pre-Sales
Develop relationships with key decision-makers and strive to be their trusted advisor and grow the account organically
المهارات
• A strong and clearly demonstrated interest in strategy consulting, with 10+ years of experience
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Marketing and / or Marketing Research experience is desirable
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint and Outlook) is required
• Experience in enterprise sales and sales automation tools like salesforce.com is beneficial
• Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
