SUBORDINATE
- Unskilled workers and Sorters
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Run and monitor the sorting & disassembling
MAIN TASKS
- Processing of various special batches (Organization)
- Run and monitor the sorting & disassembling
- Quality control of output materials
- Production data acquisition
- Ensuring plant availability
- Cleaning the facility
- Troubleshooting
- Run by smaller repairs
- Requesting external supports
- Control and funding the work timely
- Spare parts and equipment requirement
- Instruction of new employees
- Monitor plant safety
- Monitor workplace safety/personal protective equipment
- Inform the superiors about irregularities
- Continuous optimization of the production process
QUALITY, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT TASK
- Compliance of the company policy and procedures
COMPETENCES/LIABILITIES
- Authority over the subordinate employees ensure proper sorting, separation and the pollutant discharges
