SUBORDINATE
- Receiving Manager and Goods Receiving Team
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Ordered sequences flows of goods for the purpose of more efficient processing and handling of the goods
- Ensure identification, as well as storage and deployment of the in and out fractions
- Technical and organizational leadership of the acceptance of the goods
MAIN TASKS
- Lead the team technically and organizationally
- Contact person for sales and administration
- Organization of the entire goods receipt and goods issue
- Responsible for internal logistics and proper allocation of the incoming materials in the computer system
- Responsible for the capture of incoming and outgoing materials in the computer system
- Responsible for the certificates/GRN
- Responsibility for the control of empties and reimbursement
- Truck scheduling deliveries and transport planning
- Create the vacation planning
- Responsibility for order and cleanliness, goods inside and outside, ramp and square
- Optimize planning of internal transport
- Controlling data management into the system
- Running a receiving material quality controlling system with the direct link to the purchase manager
QUALITY, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT TASK
- Compliance of the company policy and procedures
- Selection of appropriate working and whose training and competence with regards to QHSE
- Monitoring of employees with regards to safety and the environment and the enforcement of safety and environmental rules
- The perception of the decision and authority powers
- Monitoring compliance with the maintenance of the vehicles
- Plan responsible disposal of hazardous materials
SPECIAL TASKS
- Monitoring of compliance with the maintenance on the vehicles
- Support for apprenticeship training
- Leading from in and output protocols (stock accounting)
- Perform the annual appraisal interviews
- Responsibility for the piece of equipment (calibration scales)
