Our client is now recruiting for a Internal Controls Specialist. This position will be based in Dubai reporting to Vice President Operations
Key Accountabilities:
• Performs district level analysis of service related issues, including full root cause and trend analysis. Uses system and operational knowledge to extract and research data, as needed involving subject matter experts.
• Develops reports that accurately summaries results and corrective actions needed.
• Develops and coordinates location/country level service network within the district. Presents recommendations in a logical format to management. Escalates potential issues.
• Conducts internal audits of assigned operational areas in accordance with defined audit criteria and standards. Develops accurate and timely summaries of audit results, including proposals regarding corrective actions needed.
• Supports the Manager in maintaining progress with service related initiatives/projects by coordinating defined actions, including obtaining information from Operations and other functions. Monitors progress and initiates timely follow-up to ensure required timelines are met. Provides clear, accurate and concise summaries of progress and actions
• Provides clear and effective communications/explanations to district operational teams regarding changes needed to resolve diverse types of service issues, or achieve required operational changes.
• Provides approved classroom training to management, professionals and front line employees, on any aspect of quality and service assurance.
• Identifies opportunities to promote service assurance goals and share relevant knowledge and replicate best practices.
• Develops and maintains effective tools and processes to support the collation, tracking, analysis and reporting of operational data. Ensures data integrity by checking the validity of data when possible. Uses information as a basis for providing standard and ad-hoc analysis and reports.
• Uses knowledge to provide timely and robust recommendations and solutions that enhance performance/results.

• Quality focused with a good understanding of quality methodologies (certifications in quality related training courses)
• Experience of participating in process improvement
