• Identifying new sales leads
• Contact the clients, introduce Search Vision HR & Management Consultants and generate meetings.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with new clients.
• Research organizations and individuals through online on various search channels to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Attend meetings with the clients as and when required, create interest and offer the right solutions that meet the client’s needs.
• Researching the needs of various Industries sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Shipping & Freight forwarding, Logistics, FMCG, Retail, Banking, Automotive, Health Care etc on their Manpower requirements who makes decisions on hiring.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Training will be provided to enhance your career development.
