Job description:

More specifically to this role, we are looking for creatively minded individuals with an open but focused approach to communications on a social media platform. You need to be great at articulating thoughts / ideas in writing in an inspirational way so as to truly grab the attention of the reader. We’d also love you to have 2-3 years experience of working and organising events and looking for the next opportunity to grow. Responsibilities:
Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.

Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.

Allocate, ensure and manage resources as per objective of each project.

Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.

Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.

Travelling to on site inspections and project managing events

Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery


المهارات
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or PR or Event Management or relevant studies.

2+ years experience in field of project management or event management.

Ability to take ownership on projects and be initiator.

Proficient in Microsoft Office & IOS.

Strong communication, analytical and creative skills.

Ability to set priorities and work accordingly.
