Our Client:
A fastest growing food manufacturing company in the region.
Your Role:
To learn the operation of the business supply chain from raw materials, manufacturing to distribution. Stream line the supply and lead the factory relocation project to their new production facility.
Work closely with the R&D;team to invent and develop new snack.
Select suppliers and manage them.
Ensure the hygiene standards throughout the factory meet Company quality, technical and food hygiene and safety standards in order to meet customer expectations and Company goals.
Ensure that training & development are put into effect and continuously reviewed, revised and maintained.
Implement Six Sigma methods into the plant.
المهارات
Must Haves:
Competent Production Managers or Food Technologists having at least 9 years of management experience under their belt having a strong exposure to snacks line would be the ideal match.
Candidates must be based in the UAE.
FMCG food manufacturing experience is a must. Six Sigma experience, min.
Green Belt. Startup or SME experience preferred.
A valid UAE driving license is a must.
