المهارات
Education:
University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems
University degree with additional certificates, degrees or experience in Business Administration, Project Management & Service Management
Required qualifications (technical know-how, language, PC skills)
Fluent in English
PC business usage (MS Office)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Proven work experience as a system analyst
Proven track record in automating
Special Functional skills:
Systems and applications design and development including coding and testing methodology and standards
Systems and applications maintenance and support methodology and standards
Service management methodology
Project management methodology
Written Communication
Conflict Management
