The Digital Marketing Manager - F&B;/Hospitality is responsible for the development, supervision, and coordination of all strategic partnership and marketing activities for the assigned brands as we as the establishment of plans and strategies to expand the customer base, in line with the overall business goals.

Description
The Digital Marketing Manager - F&B;/Hospitality will be responsible for the following:
Develop a marketing plan and partnership strategy for the market of each brand that ensures attainment of company profitability and increases each brand awareness.Monitor market trends, execute plans to drive sales performance and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets and customer segments.Oversee the development and deployment of the organization’s marketing plans as needed.Develop and implement an integrated brand image and message throughout all markets, and promotional efforts.Responsible for brand image, collaterals, onsite location and other materials when needed.Coordinate social media and PR with relevant parties.Work on all brands in parallel and help cross-promote across brands.Managing the production of marketing materials including, posters, flyers, menu, newsletter, and arranging the effective distribution of materials.Review and analyse sales performances against marketing plans to determine effectiveness of programs.Support the product development process, identifying new consumer insights, creating product positioning, assessing market potential, and partnering with other functional areas to quickly bring viable new products to market.Set yearly/monthly calendar for all Right Bite brands for all online social media campaigns and responsible for posts of all collaterals.Develop digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms spearhead efforts to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.Manage trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats and take the proper actions.Analyse campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
Profile
The Digital Marketing Manager - F&B;/Hospitality should have the following skills:
5-7 years in marketing related roles within F&B;, Hospitality, or CateringStrong experience with online performance based marketing channelsArabic speakers are preferred for this role
