Job Description / Role
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Work to reduce cost control for the company and very responsible in handling petty cash.

Requirements
Candidate should have minimum 10 Years of experience in managing office and UAE D/L is mandatory
Candidate should have good knowledge of cost management and handling of petty cash of the office – Regarding Communication , Rents , Guest House Management ETC
Prior experience in office administration is manadatory
Prior experience in general trading company is preferred
Indians are preferred of Hindu origin.
