Due to our continued growth, we are adding a Restaurant Trainer to open and maintain the MENA market. We are searching for a Restaurant Trainer to be based in Dubai and travel and work in the MENA Region and other areas as needed. Our Restaurant Trainers train and coach their teams to ensure our uncompromising standards of food, cleanliness and service. This position trains teams that operate profitable locations and deliver a great customer experience. The qualified candidate will have in-depth restaurant operations knowledge, excellent communication, team building and coaching skills, planning and goal orientation skills, a passion for excellence in restaurant operations and people development as well as strong leadership skills. 2+ years of Restaurant Trainer experience with a similar scope of responsibilities and a hands-on approach. A 4-year college degree required.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Trains manager and crew trainees in assigned area. Trains and develops new corporate trainers in the assigned area. Opens new restaurants in the assigned area. Provides feedback through the observation reports regarding the openings. Calibrates existing restaurants as needed. Assists with managing initial restaurants.

EXPECTED COMPETENCIES
Expert in all areas of Five Guys operations. Ability to relay Five Guys philosophy and fundamentals clearly and effectively to trainees. Thorough understanding of POS components. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to assess operations and provide written and verbal feedback to the restaurant crews and supervisors in a timely manner. Ability to manage individual restaurants.
TRAVEL
Western passport holder (US or EU)
Ability to acquire visas and travel to the assigned destinations
The position is Dubai based but travel is up to 75%.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
At least two years of experience as a restaurant trainer.
Restaurant management experience.
Food safety certification completion (after hire).
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Four-year college degree required.
