Interior Designer
Salary: Based on experience
Location: Dubai
Our Client is a leading branding and interior design company with many years’ experience in the UAE.
Having completed many projects across various sectors in Residential, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, etc.
Providing services including brand strategy, interior design and graphic design.
As a result of their increasing projects we are seeking a highly talented and creative Interior Designer
Key role is to plan the design of living and commercial environments of projects secured and allocated
Responsibilities
• Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
• Work to a brief, with details what the space will be used
• Inspect and survey the space
• Negotiate fees and setting schedules for the project
• Research and draw up rough plans
• Sketch preliminary design plans
• Develop detailed designs and choose materials Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
• Prepare final plans, using computer applications
• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
• Supervise the work as it is carried out.
• Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied

المهارات
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture or Interior design is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the GCC
• Able to develop and present design concepts
• AutoCAD proficiency would be an advantage
• Ability to present 2D and 3D concepts
• Possess a portfolio of similar work done
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
