الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintain a fully stocked store Ascertain customers’ needs and wants Recommend and display items that match customer needs Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display and stock rotation Implement all merchandising as per the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines. Welcome and greet customers Manage point-of-sale processes Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments Keep up to date with product information Accurately describe product features and benefits Follow all companies policies and procedures المهارات Minimum 2 years working experience in retail sales Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices High Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French or Chinese is a plus.
