Drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the team.
Keep current with new technologies & techniques
Lead and oversee the development of complete and accurate test plans.
Design & implement manual and automated testing
Ensure each software product released is sufficiently tested.
المهارات
IT based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required.
At least 3yrs experience in software testing.
2+ years Banking experience.
General banking and business area knowledge such retail, wholesale and core banking applications
Technical/Functional:
Strong understanding of Software life cycle. (development & testing)
Strong understanding of the high level technical application architecture and design.
Basic Knowledge and understanding of Agile software development
