FAÇADE SALES MANAGER (European Manufacturer) UAE home office based

Due to continued growth and successful projects with high end clients, we are looking for a skilled, highly motivated façade sales manager to join our expanding international team.
The position will be home office based in Dubai with frequent travels to Spain. The role will involve carrying out Sales & Business Development of our products in the GCC.

• THE COMPANY:
-A leading European ceramic façade manufacturer supplying lightweight extruded ceramic (Terracotta) panels and building envelope systems to residential and commercial building sectors.
-Synonymous with quality and design innovation
• SELLING:
o ceramic ventilated façade (Terracotta Rainscreen) solutions
• SELLING TO:
o Architects, Specifiers, Main/Sub Contractors, Cladding Contractors, Envelope Contractors
• TERRITORY: GCC – based in Dubai
• THE ROLE:
o The role is focusing on commercially supporting specifications by developing the relationships with Architects/Specifiers, façade consultants, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, cladding contractors and Installers, as well as the specialist distributors.
o The role will require active selling to main/sub Contractors, cladding contractors, envelope contractors as well as façade specialist distributors.
o Spending time with the key contractor bid teams, supporting the specifications team at the design stage
o Project Management, from the Specification stage to supply contract negotiation, payment and implementation
o The role will require travel within the GCC.

المهارات
o Degree in Engineering, Architecture,or construction, MSc façade engineering
o Knowledge of the architectural cladding market, façade industry, building envelope in the GCC and selling to Architects,major contractors and cladding distributors predominantly with minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the insulation/façade industry/building envelope/cladding, external wall systems, through the wall systems, facades, rainscreens, renders, cladding, curtain walling, steel framing, modular systems, windows, dry lining etc.
o Experience in bidding for projects
o Knowledge of Autocad software 2D 3D+
o Ability to carry out sales presentations
o Prompt and accurate reporting to the international Director as required
o Language skills : English. Spanish will be desirable added to Arabic (Levantine & Gulf), French will also be considered.
o Candidates must be eligible to work and live in UAE
o Mobile and willing to travel internationally
Preferable quality:
o Experience in a similar specification based role, selling a building envelope product.
o Conversant with European, US and local Standards for façade
