الوصف الوظيفي Lead, direct and control the activities of territory so that it achieves its short and long term financial and operating objectives as set by overall organizational business plan Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization Provide strategic performance analysis and integration of best practices Manage/enable the territory with the objective of maximizing sales and gross margin Sales and Profitability Direct the Budgeting / profitability and assessment of the present stores performance and sales turnover. Monitor performance of the reporting units and assist in goal-setting, budgeting and manage any exceptions Retail Support Partner with Retail Business Heads and Business Managers in effectively positioning individual businesses and developing their operating strategies and programs in the territory Analyze the sales and customer preferences data for the entire Territory and recommend new ways of delivering the customer value proposition through the business Co-ordinate with Concept Directors and / or Managers for stock supply, inventory management and stock distribution, review and deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges, ensure stock levels, minimize floor and transit shrinkages and take necessary corrective actions Work closely with the Head of VM to execute the VM Calendar, New Store Layouts, Promotional Guidelines, & overall Brand Visual Strategy Coordinate with the Marketing team to deliver a consistent brand image within the territory Business Support Develop strategies for minimizing overheads, maximizing profit margins and improving turnover Monitor and coordinate with various functions like Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandizing etc, in the execution and integration of initiatives and common objectives People Management Retain and engage the talent employed and build a collaborative and high performance team
Advanced knowledge of retail processes and retail industry with prior experience in Home background. Advanced knowledge of merchandising, stock management & inventory process. Excellent planning & organising skills Strong Business Acumen Strong Negotiation Skills Strong digitial knowledge with prior experience of implementing latest technology in stores to improve customer experience.
