الوصف الوظيفي Prepare the staff schedule to ensure that the section will be met through appropriate planning and organization of staff. Coaching and training of staff, in order to improve performance and to achieve the section’s objectives and targets. Rotation schedule of new employees and trainees. Daily check up on the smooth performance of all vehicles. Receives customer orders, sorts them out and processes them with the coordination of the Kitchen. Packages all ready to dispatch finished items and assigns them to delivery drivers. Dispatches delivery orders to drivers according to the company’s procedures and policies and as soon as the orders are ready. Ensures customer satisfaction by handling delivery transactions in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner. Ensures the highest levels of hygiene in all operations. Makes all the necessary to deliver order to customers in minimal period including deliver orders him/herself, if all drivers are out. Schedules the times of drivers, utilizing their limited resources in the most efficient way. Supervises the performance of drivers, and opines on their development and training. Regular delivery members’ purchases analysis to review most purchasing customers and those who stopped ordering. Handling delivery members’ complaints with the coordination of the store manager. Integrate regular menu distribution (door-to-door/mass) by area, with documentation of areas covered through the distribution. Analyzing menu’s most and least selling items and incorporate ongoing sales promotion programs to enhance menu sales mix margins. Ensure to maintain a high quality image of drivers delivering food to customers at all times (uniform, personal hygiene, vehicles repair, food delivery case condition, helmet wear…). Integrate gifts or offers to customers as needed with the coordination of the store manager. Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned المهارات BA degree in Business Administration, or a degree in Hotel Management. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions from a reputable fast food or restaurant chain in the UAE. Good in English, Arabic is a plus Excellent communications and computer skills Outstanding customer service and time management skills. System and detail oriented Highly cooperative team spirit and positive Problem-solving skills Ability to work in a high stress, faced-paced environment Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff (at all levels) Can join immediately is a plus!
