We are the fastest growing healthy snacks brand in the region and looking for an operations manager to stream line our supply and lead the factory relocation project to our new production facility.
This job gives the opportunity to the candidate to learn the operation of the business supply chain from raw materials, manufacturing up to distribution.
The candidate will get to:
- select suppliers and manage them.
- create the RM ordering anf production planning process.
-manage the production team and instill the needed quality culture.
- work closely with the R&D;team to invent and develop new snacks.
-be the person incharge of upholding company quality and food safety standards.
- optimize the warehousing and dispatching process.

المهارات
Prerequisites
Food manufacturing experience is a must
UAE resident
Driving license
6 sigma experience. Min green belt
Startup or SME experience preferred.
