MALE MAINTENANCE MANAGER up to 15K AED for a Trading Company in Dubai

Open to Indian, Sri Lankan and Filipino nationality
Male, 45 years old below
Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in Business Administration or Facility Management
5-7 years of experience in similar role
Experience with Hotel, FMCG, Cold and Dry store is a must
Experience in planning maintenance operations
Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
Ability to keep track of and report on activity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
Well versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations
Salary is up to 15,000 AED in full package depending on experience and qualifications
