Operation Manager – Joinery & Carpentry

الوصف الوظيفي
• Graduate Engineer with minimum 10 years’ experience in a carpentry & joinery factory or any related experience in wooden work and project management skills.
• Strong managerial skills, strategic vision for operations direction and performance requirements, to align with the company’s mission and objectives.
• Knowledge of production planning and activities, maintenance schedules and maintaining budgets and product quality and by meeting the level of quality demanded by clients/customers.
• Coordinate with the project team on Risk and Opportunity Management Analysis.
• Formulate policies and programs and action plans to maximize production.
• Candidates with knowledge of the entire project Control functions (planning / cost control) and skills to independently manage and handle clients with reports and presentation.
• Experienced in the preparation, coordination and supervision of project cost and scheduling

• Teamwork, coordination and interface management with the disciplines and subcontractors.
• Seek goals for the company to be achieved.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
