الوصف الوظيفي Implementation & Support of the RAN Solutions to Mobile Network Operators (MNO’s) Implementation to include Design, Installation, Integration, Acceptance Testing & Launch Support RF & Transmission Planning and Optimisation Provide Support as per client SLA’s Planning and Implementation of Solution deployment including Server Hardware Deployment, OS & Software Installation and Configuration Integration to MNO Core Network elements such as OSS, IN, VAS, HLR, MSC, STP via SS7 and IP protocols Analysis of Solution during Live Operation including KPI Reports, Data Analytic Reports, Dashboard Reports etc… المهارات Cisco SON Experience Strong track record of RAN Solution deployments into Mobile Network Operators (MNO’s) Experience in the support of Telecom Solutions in the arena on OSS, BBU, RRH, Antennas, IN, Core etc… Understanding and working with Mobile Operators and Networks with respect to Architecture, Connectivity, Components and Protocols Technical Skills include: RAN Planning & Optimisation, ATOLL Planning Tool, SS7, SIGTRAN, SNMP, Analytics, 3G, LTE, FDD & TDD Networks etc… Great motivation for getting the work completed with rapidly changing and developing software and environment Fluent written and oral communication in English and local languages Extensive experience and skills for working with Mobile Network Operators (MNO’s) Experience with RAN vendors such as Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE etc..
