Chief Accountant - Property management
The objective of Property Management department is to meet the needs of our clients’ growing property portfolios. Today, we offer a full property management service employing upwards of 75 people, taking care of properties across Emirates, giving peace of mind to thousands of landlords and tenants.
We offer management options for single units, multiple units, entire buildings and developments in both the residential and commercial sectors.
The key to our success is in offering a bespoke service recognising that no two properties are the same and each client has their own particular needs and requirements. Property supervisors are allocated personal responsibility for properties under our care to ensure consistency of service.
Chief Accountant - property Management provides critical accounting support to the entire department.
This role is second in line to the Head of finance and is responsible for providing financial information to the management by researching and analysing accounting data including maintaining accounting control procedures.
This position manages a team of Property accountants and ensures all books for property management meet the expected standards.
المهارات
Qualified accountant with 4+ years of experience.
UAE experience is preferred
Must have experience working on accounting software.
Knowledge of Yardi is preferred
Must have experience managing a team of accountants from different nationalities
Exceptional communication skills in English
