We are recruiting a Principal/Head of School for a Dubai based client for September 2018.

The school is committed to a holistic based education in a caring and enlightened environment.

The Principal/Head of School must have the vision to embrace the whole-school, family ethos while leading the school.
The successful candidate will be committed to:

The ideal candidate:
• Must be able to provide enthusiastic and energetic leadership.
• Must have a clear vision, and display high calibre inter-personal and communication skills, complemented by their ability to motivate and inspire students, staff, parents and the wider community.
• The successful applicant must have proven leadership skills and be able to build on the school’s present strengths.
• Must have the ability to deliver first class educational outcomes for all students, irrespective of their individual capabilities.
• Must have a relevant Masters Degree or Headship Qualifications
