Major tasks and responsibilities
• Handle efficient HR Services delivery according to policies and standards, taking ownership of the solutions (general inquiries, explanation and guidance of policies and procedures), identify service delivery issues by proposing appropriate actions to resolve and generally improve quality standards and metrics (including third party KPI’s) by proposing solutions.
• Ensure appropriate documentation of current status of customer queries to secure on appropriate customer service at any point in time. (e.g. holiday or sudden absence).
• Refer issues to the HR Operations (Senior) Professionals when unable to solve personally.
• Contact point for individual queries regarding to the status of current administrative tasks of defined HR processes. The position take ownership for the resolution of those queries ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses.
• Support the development, maintenance and improvement of a detailed knowledge management of designated processes and interfaces for countries covered.
• Prepare employee letters (e.g. NOC, bank certificate, …) upon request
• Support in employee filing for UAE, Egypt, KSA, Levant and Gulf
• Maintain annual leave (tracker and filing) for employees in Gulf
• Perform 4-eye principle on Personnel Administration actions
• Front Office: Inquiry management of basic HR inquiries
• Medical insurance administration (e.g. additions and deletions)
• Learning and Training support: invitations, cancelations, logistics, etc.
• Payroll: preparatory activities (e.g. documentation regarding variables)
• Schedule onboarding sessions for new employees
• Proactively support project to change all templates (forms, letters,…) to new format
• Proactively support project to change all policies to new format

Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences)
Education
• Completed secondary school or similar and a basic understanding of HR processes.
• Previous HR operational experience is desirable
• Fluent English, Arabic is a plus.
Skills/experiences
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• High degree of reliability and motivation.
• Eager to learn and flexibility in adapting quickly to a changing process environment.• Knowledge of HR policies and processes is desirable.
