Al Ittihad Drug Store (IDS), one of the leading pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare products distributor in the United Arab Emirates needs the following:
Experienced Sales Manager to accelerate and sustain our growth in UAE. The person we are looking for should:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve sales objectives for products on a yearly basis
• Manage Sales operating budget
• Manage and direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals of more than 25 sales representatives to achieve best results as possible • Manage key clients and principals, assisting other line managers (sales and marketing) in maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals
المهارات
• Must have 6-7 years’ relevant experience in pharmaceutical distribution company or related industry in United Arab Emirates
• Verifiable track records in growing pharmaceutical sales within UAE
• Proficient use of computer tools and with valid UAE driving license
• MBA preferred but not a must (experience will be highly considered)• Fluent in English and Arabic
