الوصف الوظيفي You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively Ultimately, you should be able to handle our internal and external social media presence ensuring high levels of channel traffic and customer / community engagement Key Responsibilities: Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals Set specific objectives and report on ROI Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, news etc.) Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics in relation to client objectives and goals Collaborate with other teams, like public relations, events, branding, marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout) Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications Proactive and reactive social and digital media engagement, including identifying new opportunities to promote clients and reacting quickly to events. Managing crisis communications Client event planning, organisation and management, including press conferences, promotional events and media hosting Attend client meetings to take project briefs and to review ongoing projects, taking notes and producing client contact reports to summarise any agreed actions and time schedules for delivery Preparing regular client reports Arrange client photography and attend photo shoots as required Assist the Account Manager in researching and preparing presentation and proposal documents for identified new business opportunities Source and produce client quotations for photography, print, promotional items, ad space and other client purchase requirements Maintenance of all company and client files, ensuring that cloud is maintained and kept up-to-date on a day-to-day basis.
